Paradiso is a melting pot of ideas and risk, a true cultural oasis in a desert of white throw away commodities. Where foam, dust, resin, and creative freedom coalesce into honest expression and a genuine desire to create an environment of belonging.
Founded in in 2017 in Dunsborough, Western Australia by Board builder- AWOL, we started manufacturing for our shapers at a local level, and grew to build boards for some of the most well-known brands on the globe. As time passed, we realised we were not being true to ourselves and decided to pivot and refocus on the local community, specifically helping other board builders adapt to the changing market and continue their legacy into the future. While helping others we meet in the ocean to reject the mundane and marketed while embracing the truth in surfing, Connecting with nature and our local community and most of all, FUN!
Our vision is to build a collective of local shapers, housed under one roof, and bring the culture of the custom back into the community. We have already assembled over 400 years of experience in the art of crafting the surfboard, and we will utilise it all in our efforts to help you.
With a focus on building and repairing boards to last multiple seasons, top tier aesthetics and a reemphasis on customer service, we know our collective of eccentrics can enhance your surfing experience.
