EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, full priced items can be exchanged for an item of equal value within 14 days of purchase*.

Alternatively a store credit for our online store or physical store can be issued.

* Exchanges must meet the below criteria:

• Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
• Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
• Items must have tags attached to be returnable.

If you are returning an item for exchange, please be aware that you will be credited for the price of the item only.

Return shipping charges are at the customers expense unless item is faulty.

We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.

Please note:

All SALE items are final. No refunds or exchanges on sale item unless faulty or not as described.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered for faulty items and can only be processed with proof of purchase.
